1-2-1 coaching

Option one

This is by far the most popular programme. Each 1-2-1 coaching/mentoring session lasts 2 hours and is held once every three/four weeks. Over 90% of our clients choose six sessions which work out at £795* +VAT + travel expenses per month.

Option two

For those who prefer shorter sessions of 1.5 hours. For those who take this option, most people choose eight sessions. These work out at £695* per session + VAT + travel expenses per month.

Option three

Telephone coaching/mentoring lasting 45 minutes per session is available at £420* + VAT per session per month. Most people opt for 12 sessions.

Our fees cover the detailed preparation work plus bespoke session notes that underpin each coaching/mentoring initiative. Session notes may run to 12-15 pages per session or, in certain circumstances, longer. Candidates build up a mini-library of highly practical ideas and techniques to resolve issues identified in their first session that they may refer to months or even years later.
