Leading construction consultancy

Our client now employs 120 partners and staff across the UK. OvationXL have been appointed to provide business performance coaching to a selection of its partners based in different regional offices across the UK.

Our approach

Using a bespoke programme of four or five bespoke 1-2-1 coaching sessions, OvationXL have now worked with three key partners and are about to commence on a second phase. In addition to the coaching programme we have facilitated a half day weekend workshop with partners from across the UK.

The results

As a part of one programme we coached one candidate to make an important speech to twenty key potential clients.
