Our leadership coaching process
Time is the most precious resource for partners, directors and senior managers. So we deliver coaching over the shortest practical timescales. That way, the benefits materialise in your business as quickly as possible.
The majority of our leadership coaching is conducted 1–2–1, starting with a FREE 45 minute to one hour ‘chemistry’ meeting. This explores the areas where coaching is going to help and the amount of coaching required. This is also your opportunity to gauge the personal benefits of coaching and how the experience delivers rewards for your organisation.
A full coaching course typically lasts for just six sessions – a remarkably quick method of delivering long lasting impact.
Each 1–2–1 session is held approximately once every three/four weeks and lasts two hours.
