Who we are

With offices near St. Paul’s in London and at Bulwick in Northamptonshire, OvationXL offer 1-2-1 business performance coaching and mentoring for management plus group training and facilitation, all delivered by some of the UKs most experienced and well-trained business coaches.

Whilst almost 90% of the 1-2-1 coaching is delivered by Robin Johnson, other coaches are introduced when specialist input is needed. For example, some of our coaches have expertise in diverse subjects such as top level media training, reputation management and doing business with China. Others may be called in to support clients located in specific geographic regions of the UK and other parts of the world.
