Hilary Du Cane
Registered Dietitian and Chartered Marketer
Applying her rare skillset of expertise in both nutrition and business, together with her long experience as a senior manager herself in commercial settings, Hilary coaches individual managers, teams and organisations to improve their performance through improved health and better eating.
It’s widely known that poor eating and drinking habits and lack of exercise sap energy, lower self-esteem, impair concentration, worsen mood and bring a number of serious risks to health. Yet most people find it hard to break these habits or do so only sporadically, often with disastrous results. As a registered health professional, Hilary can interpret up-to-date nutrition science, cut out the mumbo-jumbo and implement actionable, sustainable and above all enjoyable strategies for better eating and health; strategies which are tailored to her clients’ needs and which really work.
