Our client is a global brand – a City of London-based financial institution which is the market leaders in its sector. OvationXL were asked to provide business performance coaching to improve leadership and management competencies to a key senior manager identified for a future executive role.
Our approach
We worked closely with our client to understand the complexity of his business and the institution’s future strategic plans. We first interviewed the individual in depth and collated a range of stakeholder feedback to identify strengths and areas of development against key performance indicators. OvationXL then designed a bespoke coaching programme of six sessions designed to align the individual with the strategic plans of the business.
The results
The programme led to a broadening of the individual’s business knowledge and acumen, improved leadership and management competencies and an increased level of confidence in taking tough decisions.
