1-2-1 senior management training

We believe in being clear and open about our coaching fees. Senior level coaching is exceptionally cost effective.

Our fees cover all the preparation work and bespoke session notes that underpins each completely individual coaching initiative.

Each 1-2-1 coaching session lasts 2 hours and is held once every three/four weeks.

Over 90% of our clients choose six sessions which work out at £750 +VAT + travel expenses per month.

For those who prefer shorter sessions of 1.5 hours, these work out at £650 per session + VAT + travel expenses over three to six months.

Telephone coaching lasting 45 minutes per session is available at £420 + VAT per session.

All costs include detailed preparation and bespoke notes that are provided within 48 hours of the session.

Train the trainer

Acquire skills and knowledge and pass them down throughout your organisation.

A FREE* scoping session is used to establish priorities and set an agenda.

We can deliver pre-agreed bespoke training or use topics selected from our list of coaching topics (HYPERLINK TO COACHING TOPICS). If you select two or even three modules then you might prefer to opt for a half-day session. Your coach will be pleased to advise you what will work best for you in terms of practicalities and economics. Training sessions are designed for groups of up to six people although we can cater for larger teams. Training can take place on client premises or elsewhere.

Costs:

Half day: £1,495 + VAT + expenses

Full day: £2,595 + VAT + expenses

*Scoping session is entirely FREE for candidates judged to be suitable for coaching by OvationXL and is within defined geographic regions (including Central London). Otherwise travel expenses will be charged. Occasionally we may recommend conducting a psychometric test or a 360-degree assessment of the candidate before and after the coaching sessions. Additional work is quoted and agreed for before paid for work commences.

Partner/ Group Facilitation half days or full days

Facilitation days can be configured in many different ways and need to be costed upon request. OvationXL have run many successful all partner days in the UK and Europe.
